February 1, 2016 - To Hedge or Not To Hedge - In 2015, a very high percentage of investment return for successful Canadian investors was driven by allocating to US dollar investments. In this session, we examine how big an effect holding unhedged funds and ETFs had on investment return, how you could have spotted the trend and benefitted from a weak Canadian dollar and whether it is time to put on a hedge to protect this gain.
