Pre-opening Comments for Wednesday December 10th
U.S. equity index futures were lower this morning. S&P 500 futures were down 3 points in pre-opening trade.
Costco added $0.96 to $144.00 after reporting higher than consensus third quarter revenues and earnings.
Disney slipped $0.47 to $92.47 after Topeka Capital downgraded the stock from Buy to Hold. Target is $97.
Burger King (BKW $32.49) is expected to open higher after RBC Capital upgraded the stock to Outperform from Sector Perform.
Barclays upgraded U.S. airline stocks. United Continental was upgraded to Overweight from Underweight and a target of $76. American Airlines was upgraded to Overweight from Equal Weigbt with a target of $63. UAL added $1.78 to $64.30. American Airlines gained $1.19 to $49.50.
