On November 30, 2012, SBUX was a new entry into the Favored zone of the SIA S&P 100 Report and was pressed up against resistance at $52.21. A move beyond this then sees $55.40 as the next resistance, a level that held twice this past summer. Support is at $47.29 and again below that at $41.99.

As of today, Starbucks (SBUX) is found in the 12th position of the SIA S&P 100 Report and has moved through two resistance levels since we last looked at it two months ago. Resistance at $61.17, its prior all-time high, is the first test and resistance above at $68.89 should it break through. To the downside, support is found at $52.21 and at $44.56.
