Dow Breakout

Today's gains have put both the Dow and the S&P 500 above their 200-day moving averages.  Both indices have broken above their intraday highs from last Tuesday, but the S&P 500 is still slightly below resistance at its mid-June highs.  The Dow, on the other hand, has broken above its mid-June highs, and its next level of resistance is all the way up at the 10,900 level.
