A few weeks ago, silver and other commodity ETFs were at the top of this list, but things have changed quickly. Currently it's the defensive stock sectors and the fixed income ETFs that are the most overbought. Four Health Care related ETFs are the most overbought, with XLV ranking #1. After these four comes Consumer Staples (XLP), Utilities (XLU), and Food & Beverage (PBJ).
