We scanned all ETFs to find those that are below their 20-day, 2 lower standard deviation Bollinger Bands, and those which are above their 20-day, 2 standard deviation upper Bollinger Bands.  Here are two lists showing the 50 from each scan with the most dollar trading volume yesterday.
